Looking Up 29" x 29"

Have you ever seen a slot canyon? They are a bit like a cave with an opening at the top. The play of light is magical on the rock formation. My reference photo is from The Antelope Slot Canyon near Paige, Arizona. I added the ravens, the larger one is collaged on. The canvas was torn off the stretcher strips after it was painted. It is mounted on masonite painted white to give it space to breathe. 29" x 29" mounted on 36" x36" white masonite, oil painting collage, white frame
